Parents

If your athlete is under 18 and you want their data deleted, or you want to know what we hold, write to the address above. You do not need their account or password, and we will confirm when it is done.

Deleting your account

In the app: Account, then Delete my account. It erases everything and cannot be undone. Cancel any subscription first — deleting the account does not cancel it.

Filming

Film from the side, in landscape, with the whole body in frame and good light. 60 frames per second if your phone offers it. If a film cannot be measured, Xian tells you why rather than guessing.
